  • Jenna Dewan is living her best life.

  • The 42-year-old actress and dancer just posted an epic Memorial Day Weekend photo dump—and I’m so here for it. In one of the snaps, Jenna is rocking the cutest pink workout ’fit. And in another, she’s hanging by the pool making mustaches with her hair. Naturally, her dancers’ abs are incredibly fierce!

  • To stay as fit as she is, Jenna relies on Pilates and strength training. She also eats a mostly vegetarian diet.


Jenna Dewan definitely has the whole hot mom vibe down pat. Exhibit A: her Memorial Day weekend photo dump, where the 42-year-old actress looked positively glowing while spending time with her fam.

Jenna shared an array of photos of herself with her kids and her partner having fun in the sun! She’s making mustaches with her hair with her daughter in the pool, hanging with her pups, and jumping in the ball pit with her son. And, the Step Up sensation showed off her super toned body—and absolutely chiseled abs—while giving a glimpse of the weekend’s festivities.

“mdw mood,” the star captioned the photos, which were obviously, popular with her followers. “❤️❤️❤️,” commented Minka Kelly. “Beautiful family, how do you stay so fit. ❤️” another person wrote. While an awestruck Azita Ghanizada chimed in with: “Body body goals 💕💕💖.”

Luckily, Women’s Health has the scoop on Jenna’s wellness routine! Everyone already knows Jenna is a professional dancer, which definitely requires core and leg strength, so it’s no surprise she’s toned AF.

Jenna also incorporates other movement into her life. She told Women’s Health that she loves Pilates, and practices at least three to four times a week with her trainer, Kim Carruthers. “It gets you fit so fast, and you just feel stronger," Jenna said. “The dancer in me really likes it because it activates the same muscles in my core.”

Oh, and she pole dances as well, which definitely gets the upper body and abs working!

On the food front, Jenna told WH she’s mostly vegetarian. She starts her day with a green smoothie filled with spinach, romaine, celery, cilantro, parsley, apple, banana, and lemon. She’s not too much into cooking, but has mastered one meal she calls “Jenna Salad.” It has carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, avocado, and sometimes sauerkraut. She tops the salad with a veggie burger and dresses it with lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
