  • Jenna Dewan, 39, just showed off her toned abs while doing a handstand.

  • She and daughter Everly, 7, competed in a handstand competition, captured on video.

  • Jenna stays fit by doing Pilates, cardio yoga, strength training, and of course, dance.

Actress and dancer Jenna Dewan is admittedly going a little stir crazy in quarantine. The 39-year old Step Up star just shared a super cute Instagram video showing off a handstand contest between herself and daughter Everly, 7.

"We’ve reached the handstand competition portion of quarantine 🤷🏻♀️," she captioned the video.

She rocked a cute black matching set of leggings and a sports bra while upside down, but it's kind of impossible to miss her super-toned abs (yep, even at a different angle).

"didn't you just have a baby ??? Omg you look amazing," one fan commented on the post.

And yes, she did. Jenna recently gave birth to her son, nine-month-old baby Callum with fiancé Steve Kazee.

One way Jenna sculpts her core is by practicing Pilates, which she told Well+Good "has really strengthened and toned by body in a way that makes me feel stronger than when I was dancing for ten hours a day. I also like cardio yoga."

She's also into strength training. "I want to build muscle, so I can pick up my daughter," Jenna told Women's Health in 2018. "Before, it used to be like, 'I wanna get long, lean muscles.' Now, I’m just like, 'I wanna feel strong and good.'" (To combine dance and strength training, she would sometimes dance an entire routine in a squat position.)

And of course, Jenna just happens to be an amazing dancer, too. She also previously shared with Women's Health that she regularly got in 45-minute dance workout sessions with her trainer, Jennifer "JJ Dancer" Johnson.

"[Jenna is like,] 'Let’s go hard or go home!'" JJ told the publication. "She is a beast." One of their signature hip-hop inspired moves is called the Jenna Squat. "It’s a little fun, a little sexy, and a lot hard," Jenna explained.
