Jana Kramer Said Chris Evans Ghosted Her Over Her “Asparagus”-Smelling Pee
Jana Kramer has had the same unlucky dating experiences as the rest of us, recently revealing that she’s even been ghosted before.
While chatting on her Whine Down podcast, the One Tree Hill star said she was actually dating Chris Evans at the time, after meeting him at a club.
"I was 26-ish,” she said. “He was younger. He was definitely known. He wasn't Captain America yet, but he was the heartthrob, cutie.”
“So we went on a few dates,” Jana, 38, continued. “I can't remember how many dates it was, I just remember the last date."
According to Jana, that night, she’d gone to hang out with Chris and some friends at his home in Los Angeles.
"It was a fun time, but I was getting a little sleepy and so I was like, 'I'm gonna go to bed,'" she said. "I had asparagus for dinner that night. So I went to the bathroom and he immediately went after me. … And so that's the last interaction that I remember, is him going into the bathroom after I just went to the bathroom with asparagus pee."
Jana recalled “never hearing from him again” and joked about how she did “the asparagus walk of shame” from his house the next day.
"And I don't remember cuddling that night," she continued. "That's always been in the back of my mind whenever I think about or see Chris Evans or Captain America, and I'm like, 'I had stinky pee.'"
“And to this day, I’m actually kind of mortified,” she said.
Jana did note that she’s since reached out to Chris to see if they could “catch up.” But it’s unclear whether he ever responded.
