Jennifer Lopez is sharing how she's managing to stay positive amid the coronavirus crisis, and looking good while doing so.

The Hustlers star took to Instagram over the weekend to share a series of fresh-faced snapshots of herself dancing and jumping in her own backyard. Seemingly makeup-free, Lopez is donning a crisp white sundress, going barefoot, and rocking her naturally curly hair in wavy tendrils. Along with the images, Lopez shared a message of hope for all who are navigating the uncertainty that surrounds the current global health crisis.

"In this time, when it's so easy to get down and think of all the things going wrong and what we don't have and don't know the answers to... I make it a habit to say three things I'm grateful for as soon as I open my eyes and then at night when I'm lying in bed I list three good things out loud that happened that day," wrote Lopez. "Could be anything... and I try to change them so they are not the same everyday. Stay positive and stay safe. 🙏🏽Love you and miss you all... together we will soon be ❤️."

Lopez has continued to speak out about the importance of staying at home while the world works to stop the spread of the novel virus. Recently, the singer performed a stunning rendition of Barbra Streisand's song "People" as part of Lady Gaga's One World: Together at Home special, which raised more than $100 million dollars for COVID-19 relief.
