J.Lo Is "So Emotional" Over Her Twins, Max And Emme, Turning 13
Jennifer Lopez is officially a mom to two teenagers.
The singer, actress, and J.Lo Beauty founder took to Instagram to share a clip celebrating her twins' milestone birthdays: Daughter Emme and son Max turn 13 today. The star and her two children are currently in the Dominican Republic, where Lopez is filming her upcoming movie Shotgun Wedding. Beginning their special day, the kids got breakfast in bed.
In the clip, Lopez can be seen giving Emme a good-morning kiss and gifting each of her twins a birthday card. Lopez then joins them (along with their adorable family pup, Tyson) to reminisce about how she brought them home in a snowstorm 13 years ago. Lopez appears visibly emotional toward the end of the clip, as Max and Emme read their birthday cards together.
"My beautiful babies are teenagers today!! OMG!! I can't believe it's been 13 years since I carried them both home in my arms in the middle of a snowstorm. Out of that blizzard came two perfect lil' coconuts who rearranged my life and taught me the true meaning of love," wrote Lopez on Instagram. "It has been the most magical journey full of adventure and joy ever since... I'm feeling so many emotions this morning...so very emotional today... so proud and happy and heartbroken that I can't feeeze time."
The singer ended her note with a sentimental declaration of her love.
