What is an air fryer oven, exactly? The Instant Vortex Plus is just like any air fryer in that it insulates food with hot air, so it not only cooks up food faster but it uses very little oil. But the Instant Vortex Plus can do more than just create crunchy concoctions. It can roast, broil, bake, reheat, and dehydrate foods, too.
With the seven different cooking presets, you can use it to prepare rotisserie-style chicken, create fruit leathers and beef jerky, cook up a juicy steak, and even bake a cheesecake. The 10-quart multi-cooker is the largest size the Instant Pot has ever had, making it an ideal tool for cooking for large families and parties of six or more people. If you're concerned you won't know how to use it, the Instant Vortex Plus has a touchscreen that allows you to easily adjust the temperature and cooking time with a tap, tap, tap. Plus, you have the option to create your own cooking presets by setting the time and temperature.
