Indica Sativa is a drag queen from New Orleans living in Los Angeles who says her tagline is, "I'll get you high, because I can get you high with weed or I can get you high with my performance, or both."
Before moving to the City of Angels, she read a survey that said the No. 1 thing you smell in the city is weed, and from there, she started to build her character. However, she says weed has been a part of her life since she was 14 years old. For her, the drug helps her cope with anxiety and focus on just being herself.
"Weed is something that is a huge part of my life, but it's not completely why I do drag and it's not the only thing about me. But, at the same damn time, if you're ever around me, I'm probably smoking you out," she says.
Indica Sativa is the creator of her own shows and currently works with a company to promote their pens through marketing and hosting events, something she calls a dream job. When she's performing, however, she says she is solely focused on entertaining and loves to perform her favorite songs by Ludacris and Webby.
