When you're on the search for a new home, your mind can be an endless stream of clutter: What are the dimensions of the bedroom again? Is there a 1/2 bath downstairs? Will the kitchen need gutting?

And while you may pay close attention to the backyard situation and how much natural light the living room gets, there's one thing you may likely overlook: Checking the water pressure.
