Her recent collaboration with PinkPantheress, “Boy’s a liar Pt.2,” debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 14. That’s Spice’s third entry this month on the Hot 100 chart, showing everyone she’s more than just the viral “Munch (Feelin’ U)” rapper introduced in August 2022.

After “Munch (Feelin’ U)” went viral, Spice released “Bikini Bottom.” Spice went on Genius’ iconic Verified series to talk about her success following the song’s release.

“Everybody was tryna be like, ‘Oh, she a one-hit wonder,’” Spice said. “But now, it’s like, ‘What? Two-hit wonder?’”

She said that two months ago, but the sound is currently trending on TikTok, with users celebrating small consecutive wins.

“Ikr like I feel so productive I’m really one of them put together girls now,” said @_highjinx.

The original video for this sound was posted by @arboto_0 and now has over 1.8 million views. The sound itself has over 17,500 views.

TikTokers are also using this sound beyond just school to justify their premonitions.

“it ain’t a delusion if it comes true it’s a prophecy,” commented @bmospiritanimal.

This sound is happening at the same time that Ice Spice’s “In Ha Mood” — mixed with Aqua’s “Barbie Girl” — is dominating TikTok with a meme of two dancing dogs.

Spice’s career started with a viral moment, and she has stayed in the mainstream while each of her songs find their way to the top of trending TikTok sounds.
