Rep. Will Hurd says he disagrees with Trump "bungling" policy on Ukraine

During the public hearing on Thursday, Congressman Hurd said President Trump's phone call with Zelensky was "inappropriate" and that he disagrees with "this sort of bungling foreign policy."
