Hornets forward Miles Bridges arrested for felony domestic violence

On the eve of the start to the NBA free agency period, Hornets forward Miles Bridges’ future is at a crossroads.

Reported by TMZ, Bridges was arrested for felony domestic violence in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

Per TMZ, Bridges turned himself into local authorities regarding the alleged physical altercation that occurred on Tuesday.

TMZ:

Law enforcement sources tell us a woman claims she was in an argument with Bridges that turned physical. We’re told police were called to the scene, but Bridges was gone by the time cops arrived. We’re told the woman required medical attention.

Bridges is set to become a restricted free agent once free agency begins and prior to this arrest, the Hornets forward was projected to sign a near max contract as Charlotte seemed to be in a ‘pretty position’ to resign him.
