If you love what you do, then you never work a day in your life, as they say. But when you’re directing plane traffic in cold Canada, that takes a little bit of improvisation.

Jahmaul Allen’s dance moves have gone viral after he busted them out at work at the Toronto Pearson International Aiport.

Allen was observed by an airline passenger, raising his lightsticks in the air and bouncing around to his own beat. Why? “Honestly,” he told Global News,I just love what I do.”

The 28-year-old told the outlet that he’s been guiding American Airlines aircrafts to their gates for three years, and his positive attitude certainly helps in the freezing temperatures outside. “I love aviation, and I love making passengers happy,” he said.

As for the video that has gone viral, Allen was motivated to bust a move because he saw a baby on the flight and wanted to make it happy with his skilled steps. After a long trip, the baby was probably more than entertained on its way to its gate.

And according to Allen, he always puts safety first. Pilots are never confused by his dancing.

“The flight has a perfect path,” Allen told Global News. “It knows where it’s going, it knows where it’s going to be parked and it’s not being interrupted whatsoever from my dance moves.”

The world, or at least security lines, needs more workers like Allen.
