Hey, Want to Own the Friends Couch?

Good news, Friends fans: Props and costumes from the series are going on sale for the first time, courtesy of Prop Store and Warner Bros. Television, Deadline reports.

In celebration of the 25th anniversary of Friends, fans will be able to bid on everything from a reproduction of the Friends couch last seen at Central Perk to Joey’s original Hugsy penguin doll. (Sure, a reproduction may lack authenticity, but do you really want to own a couch that six people sat on every day for 10 years?)

Other available props from the series will include reproductions of Ross’s holiday armadillo costume and 10 copies of Monica’s peephole door frame. The bidding will start on December 3, also known as Giving Tuesday, with proceeds benefiting the Trevor Project, a suicide prevention organization devoted to LGBTQ+ youth.

The Friends couch is all well and good, but there are some other, deeper cuts from the show we’ll need too. Below, find a list of the top five Friends props we’re praying go on sale before the series reunion.

1. Phoebe’s Gladys portrait

There’s pretty much nothing creepier in the whole run of the series than Gladys, the three-dimensional woman portrait Phoebe tries to foist on her friends, with the possible exception of Chandler’s engagement-picture smile. Obviously, we need it.

2. Rachel’s dirty book

Rachel comes in for a lot of clowning from Joey when he discovers she’s, in his words, “got porn”—aka an erotic book—and we can’t be the only ones wondering about its narrative arc, can we?

3. The Geller Cup

In one of the show’s best Thanksgiving episodes, Ross and Monica come to blows over possession of the Geller Cup, which Chandler accurately describes as “a troll doll nailed to a two-by-four.” To the Gellers, though, it symbolizes a crucial football victory. We’d display it proudly.

4. Chandler and Rachel’s cheesecake

There aren’t a lot of Chandler/Rachel stories on Friends, but the episode in which they fight over possession of a mistakenly delivered cheesecake from Mama’s Little Bakery, Chicago, Illinois, is a gem, and we’d love to commemorate it with a ceramic version.

5. Joey and Chandler’s foosball table

It’s more than a table; it’s a symbol of their friendship, and it would be our honor to center a kitchen display around it.
