Hershey’s Kisses Cereal Makes It Perfectly Acceptable to Eat Chocolate for Breakfast
Hershey’s chocolate tastes just as delicious in cereal form — case in point, the Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Crème Fillows that were released earlier this year. Now there’s a new cereal from General Mills that will have you satisfying your sweet tooth at breakfast: Hershey’s Kisses.
Rumors about the new cereal first began circulating in late October 2019. As with many products, sometimes mock-ups never see the light of day on store shelves. Luckily, that’s not the case with the Hershey’s Kisses cereal, because Instagram user @tamisclock, aka Tami Dunn, has spotted it at Walmart!

The packaging doesn’t give much of a description, which is probably because of how popular Kisses are. A classic one consists of milk chocolate in its distinctive shape and wrapped in foil wrappers, complete with a paper strip coming out of the top. With the cereal, you can expect crunchy bites in the recognizable Kisses shape.
Tami confirmed that that she found the family-size box of Hershey’s Kisses cereal at Walmart for $3.64. On her YouTube channel, she reviewed the cereal with her husband Kevin, who said “it kind of reminds you of a Cocoa Puff.” Apparently, it doesn’t taste like milk chocolate, like the classic chocolate, but more of a cocoa that isn’t bitter.
It sounds like if you love any chocolate cereal, there’s a good chance that you’ll enjoy General Mills’ latest addition, too. Plus, who doesn’t love a cereal that makes it acceptable to eat candy for breakfast?
