It’s been, what, two weeks since you finished the new season of Selling Sunset? And you’ve been bleary-eyed, scrolling Netflix aimlessly each night ever since? Good news. Netflix is back at it again with Million Dollar Beach House, a new real estate reality series set in the Hamptons. The cast of five Hamptons-based agents work for Nest Seekers, an international real estate firm that also gave the world Million Dollar Listing New York. The series was filmed last summer, in a much different summer season than the one we're currently in.

Public screaming matches, absurdly large luxury homes, and Louboutins galore make Million Dollar Beach House a fun and bougie binge. After you burn through the six episodes, here’s what the Hamptons-based cast is up to now.

Michael Fulfree

Affectionate and upbeat Michael Fulfree spends the season preparing to be an actual father by acting as the paternal figure to his fellow castmates. The ex-model is still in the Hamptons this summer with more houses on the market and an adorable one-year-old.

J.B. Andreassi

Since filming last summer, J.B. seems to have succeeded in branching out on his own in the Hamptons market. His Instagram is full of his current listings and erstwhile beachy lifestyle out in the Hamptons.

Jimmy is still out in the Hamptons doing his thing this summer--now with a new baby in tow, as well. His deals have made headlines since filming wrapped on Million Dollar Beach House last summer, and he currently has more than 500 properties listed on the market.

Peggy Zabakolas

Peggy Zabakolas is known as “Deals in Heels” throughout the real estate worlds of New York City and the Hamptons for good reason--she can do anything her all-male fellow castmates can, but in 6-inch Louboutins. The lawyer and real estate broker is splitting her time between the Hamptons and the city again this summer.

Noel Roberts

The very particular Noel definitely brought the drama to the first season of Million Dollar Beach House, intentionally or not. He’s still out in the Hamptons, at the helm of Nest Seekers Private Client, which is “a boutique practice within the brokerage,” that “focuses on high net-worth individuals, their families, family offices, C-Suite executives, athletes, entertainers.” He is also the creator of Hamptons Spectator, a luxury lifestyle and real estate publication. He certainly seems to be keeping busy.
