So turns out Billie Eilish had a boyfriend in 2018 and 2019 and managed to keep it a secret from…literally the entire world. Which is pretty impressive considering she’s an extremely famous public figure. Billie opened up about her relationship with Brandon Quention Adams (who she calls Q) in her Apple TV+ documentary The World’s a Little Blurry and dove into the ups and downs of their time together—including why she eventually broke things off.
“I just wasn’t happy and I didn’t want the same things he wanted, and I don’t think that’s fair for him,” Billie said. “I don’t think you should be in a relationship super excited about certain things that the other person couldn’t care less about. I don’t think that’s fair to you. I didn’t think that was fair to him. And there was just a lack of effort, I think. I literally was just like, ‘Dude, you don’t even have enough love to love yourself. You can’t love me, dude. And you don’t. You think you do.’”

Billie told Tidal how much she loves 7: AMP’s work, saying, “Besides the fact that that’s a person that means a lot to me in every way I could possibly tell you. If I didn’t even know him and, like, he wasn’t—I had never met him, whatever. That album, that project, is literally like nothing I’ve ever heard.”
She also said Q was “on another level most people can’t comprehend right now.”
