Here's What To Eat Every Day in November That's Not Thanksgiving

As far as meal planning goes, November is tough to deal with.

Well, with the exception of Thanksgiving Day. That one's easy, as everyone has been planning and looking forward to it for well over a month. In principle, Thanksgiving means enormous spreads of every protein imaginable, casseroles stacked to the ceiling, so many sides it'll give you permanent side eye, and enough yeast rolls to appease even the most ardent of carb consumers (thinking of you, Uncle Philip).

But those other 29 days of November? Good luck with that. How are you supposed to wrap your head around what's for dinner on the 18th when you're too busy ensuring you have a stockpile of marshmallows for the sweet potato casserole on the 28th? How do you plan dinner the three weeks before Thanksgiving when you're already consumed by what's on the menu in three weeks? This problem will keep you up at night in November, folks...which in turn will make it even harder to plan your dinners out.

Don't pull your hair out just yet, though. Meal planning help is on the way, courtesy of our friends at the Cooking Light Diet. They're sharing a handy downloadable PDF titled "What to Eat the Other 29 Days of November." It's exactly what it sounds like—a meal plan that covers dinner for every day of November that's not Thanksgiving. From meatless mains to Quick BBQ Chicken Pizzas, the PDF is sure to contain some of your soon-to-be-favorite new recipes.
