Here's Which Couples From Netflix's 'Sexy Beasts' Season 2 Are Still Together

It feels like just yesterday we were all gathered here to discuss whether a beaver who liked “ass first, personality second” would select a leopard or a zombie to be his sexy beast. (If you asked me six months ago to explain what that sentence is about, I’d be at a complete and utter loss.) And now, we’re back again, not even three months after the first season of Netflix’s, uh, most creative dating show, Sexy Beasts, in which singles in unsightly prosthetics go on three ‘blind’ dates, and must choose just one to be their ‘sexy beast’ before their faces are revealed.
With a new batch of episodes (there are six in total) now streaming that you’ve, for one reason or another, already subjected yourself to, read on for the current status of the couples that emerged from under the fur and teeth of Sexy Beasts Season Two.
Mick the Dragon
Mick, a musician, had the choice between an armadillo, shark, and meerkat. (We know, a true toughie.) He went with Angella Katherine, an actress and skincare entrepreneur based in New York. While Mick’s Instagram is private, Angella Katherine’s is below, with no sign of Mick on her feed, though they do follow each other.
Ibukun the Mummy
Ibukun, an Atlanta-based project manager and actor dressed up as a mummy, had to choose between a fly, a goat, and a sprite (a clear advantage, as far as prosthetics go) in Episode 2. Anyway, it worked. He chose Jada the Sprite, though there's been no sign of her on his social media since.
Devon the Tiger
Finally, a pair with some hope. Devon, a Facebook recruiter, and her sexy beast Sam are both U.K.-based, with Devon in London and Sam just graduated from the University of Nottingham. The two have been commenting on each other’s Instagrams, so there’s reason to believe they’re still in touch today.
Sullie the Bat
The Bat and Frankenstein—a match made in Halloween heaven. New York City chef Sullie chose Jess, a dental hygienist in Cambridgeshire, England, as his sexy beast. Did the extreme long-distance get the best of them? Sadly that seems likely, as there’s no indication of her on his Instagram.
Paige the Gorgon
Though Paige the Gorgon—a content creator and founder of Bloom Village, a wellness-based community—and her chosen sexy beast, personal trainer Cornel are both U.K.-based, it’s not looking like love for this pair. There’s been no social media action between them as far as we can tell, and they don’t follow one another on Instagram.
Robbie the Rabbit
Robbie the Rabbit, presented with a goblin, cougar, and snake, chose Chess the Snake at the end of Season Two’s final episode. Though DJ Robbie resides in New Jersey and Chess, a customer service specialist and singer-songwriter, is a native New Yorker, she currently lives in Los Angeles. Doesn’t look like they’re together today, with no evidence of him on her Instagram.
