  • As the NFL attempts to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic and play its season on, Hard Knocks is giving an exciting inside look at the training camps of the Los Angeles Rams and the Los Angeles Chargers.

  • From practicing in masks to socially-distanced team meetings, everything is different on Hard Knocks this year

  • One thing that remains the same in Hard Knocks: a great soundtrack.

When the NFL season starts up every year, fans can always count on Hard Knocks to start up on HBO to give an inside look at one specific team's training camp, and get die-hard fans amped up and into the mood for some football. This year, things are different—not only is there a global pandemic making it a question of if the season will even end up happening, but Hard Knocks itself is following two teams—as opposed to one—for the first time ever.

One thing that remains the same with Hard Knocks, though, is the show's top notch soundtrack. Along with longtime narrator Liev Schrieber, the show's perfectly-curated soundtrack is something that makes it feel familiar and like home despite so many other things clearly in disarray.

Hard Knocks has been airing since 2001, and the Los Angeles edition is the show's 15th season. In addition to the great curated soundtracks, the show once again maintains its instantly-recognizable football-anthem theme song, which we've also included below. With each passing episode, we'll keep this story update. It might feel weird now, but it's almost football time.
