People love seeing unretouched photos of models and celebrities because, in most cases, it humanizes them. Fine lines, flab, and acne scars all mean that, without the glitz and glamour of professional makeup jobs and Photoshop, a star is really just another person.

And then… there’s Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portuguese Real Madrid soccer player, 30, known the world-over for his fancy footwork and equally impressive looks, has just launched his fourth CR7 men’s underwear collection. To drum up intrigue, he’s also done something almost unheard of in the world of celebrity endorsement ads: He’s released unretouched photos of the campaign, just begging for the Internet to create side-by-sides.

And—surprise!—there’s pretty much no difference between the originals and the final product.

Spotting the edits that’ve been made is like partaking in the most challenging game of I-Spy the universe has ever known. Maybe a mark on his leg blurred out here; a shadow removed from his bulge there (why? Unclear). But those abs, thighs, and yep—permanently arched brows? They’re alllllll Ro-Ro.

Actually, it seems like most of the “corrections” are on his boxer-briefs, only—proving what most of us have already long suspected: Cristiano Ronaldo might just be the perfect specimen.
