Heidi Klum is going all out for her Halloween costume, and she just shared a photo of her prep on Instagram.
The model, 49, shared a pic of herself totally topless in a thong while showing off her tan lines and sculpted AF abs.
Heidi stays very active and used to strap on ankle weights when she hit the treadmill.
Heidi Klum has been the queen of Halloween since practically forever, and she’s not afraid to go all in. Well, the 49-year-old supermodel just shared a little sneak peek on Instagram of what’s to come and it’s definitely revealing.
In the pic, Heidi can be seen posing topless with a tiny thong on. She’s showing off her impressively sculpted abs, along with a line of pale skin to display what her spray tan really looks like.
“Halloween Prep 😈 1st step!! Tanning with @jimmyjimmycoco,” she wrote in the caption. Heidi doesn’t allow comments on her posts, but you can be pretty sure it would be blown up with fire emojis if she did.
Heidi hasn’t shared a ton about her workout routine lately, but she’s dropped little hints here and there over the years. For starters, she’s into dancing. Seriously, watch her totally turn it on while practicing the dance for the music video to her song with Snoop Dogg, “Chai Tea with Heidi.”
Heidi’s also just really active. She dropped a series of photos on Instagram last week that showed her walking two huge dogs at the same time (which, if you’ve ever tried this, you know is a serious arm workout while also getting your heart rate way up).
Heidi hits up the gym, too. She previously told People that’ll wear ankle weights on the treadmill and do butt lifts to target her inner thighs. “It’s always good to keep the muscles underneath working so that it is nice and toned,” she said. “Toned is good.”
She also just tries to be active—although not necessarily in a gym sense. “I have a treadmill that’s really great, but it sits there unused. I don’t have time for it,” she said. And previously, she would do active things with her kids, like taking them bike rides or jumping them on the trampoline with them.
And, of course, Heidi eats well. She told Women's Health UK that she likes to nosh on an egg-white omelet for breakfast packed with green pepper, spring onion, spinach, and parsley, alongside some fresh fruit and a cup of tea. Lunch is usually protein like chicken, turkey, or tuna along with veggies and grains.
