Heidi Klum Challenged Howie Mandel to Walk in Her High Heels in Epic Instagram Post
When America’s Got Talent judge Howie Mandel isn’t discovering the next great star on the hit NBC competition show, he’s taking lessons from fellow panelist Heidi Klum on how to walk down a runway like a pro.
Well known for owning the runway at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show for more than a decade, Heidi recently passed her years of modeling experience on to Howie, who accepted her challenge to (quite literally!) walk in her shoes. In an Instagram post from June 8, the supermodel took advantage of a break while filming season 16 of AGT to have an impromptu fashion show and filmed Howie strutting down an imaginary runway in a pair of thigh-high black suede boots.
"Walk, walk, walk, walk, walk. When you're halfway, turn, turn, turn, turn, turn!" Heidi commanded the Deal or No Deal host. Although Howie looked like he was ready to fall at any moment, he took it all in stride and gave his thanks to the Making the Cut cohost for teaching him her ways. “Learning from the best @heidiklum #AGT,” he captioned the clip.
Speaking on The Ellen Degeneres Show a week later, Heidi shared that the duo always tries to have fun behind the scenes while waiting for the cameras to start rolling again. "We always goof around. There's so much time always in between [filming]. Or we go on a dinner break and they set up the stage again," she told host Ellen Degeneres.
Heidi continued: “He's always making fun of me, like how hard can it be? And I'm like, really? Let's see. And I have a foot [size] 11 so he, sure enough, fit in my shoes. That's the outcome. He's always up for anything. Honestly, I love him so much. I love Howie Mandel. He’s the best."
Unsurprisingly, AGT fans couldn’t get enough of Howie trying to balance on Heidi’s sky-high boots. Amongst the countless “😂😂😂😂” emojis, folks gave Howie major props for trying his best. “🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 this is awesome. Great job @howiemandel Classic,” one person wrote. “GO HOWIE GO HOWIE GO HOWIE GO HOWIE,” another added. “Hilarious!!! Love you Howie!” a different fan said. “Perfect! 😂🔥,” a follower commented.
AGT host Terry Crews also dropped in to give him some praise: “Nailed it! 👠😂😂😂😂.”
We’re sure with just a little more practice, Howie will be ready to take over the fashion runways with Heidi by his side.
