Heavy Rain Triggers Major Flooding in Tennessee's Union City

Local authorities carried out multiple water rescues in Union City, Tennessee, on Friday, August 4, after heavy rain caused severe flooding in Obion County and other western parts of the state.

The National Weather Service said more than 10 inches of rain fell in just 24 hours across parts of western Tennessee, including Obion County, and southern Missouri.
