Loyal Brady Bunch fans have followed The Brady Bunch house saga ever since the property hit the real estate market in the summer of 2018. With four episodes total, viewers quickly started to wonder what HGTV would be doing with The Brady Bunch house after the grand finale of A Very Brady Renovation. We did some digging, so you don't have to. Here are the quick answers.

What should I know about The Brady Bunch house?

The Brady Bunch house went up on the market for $1.8 million in July 2018—the first time in 50 years—and instantly garnered national attention. Located at 11222 Dilling Street in Studio City, California, The Brady Bunch house was originally a ranch-style, split-level home with 3-rooms, 3-baths, and spanned 2,477 square feet. Its backyard was also an impressive 0.29 acres, one of the largest in the neighborhood.

Although it initially looked like NSYNC singer Lance Bass would be the new homeowner in August 2018, HGTV ultimately bought The Brady Bunch house for $3.5 million. In November 2018, the network began production for their new limited TV series, A Very Brady Renovation, with the six Brady kids working alongside eight HGTV stars to transform the home—famously used for exterior shots in ‘70s family sitcom—into a replica of the original Paramount Stage 5 set.

Can I stay at The Brady Bunch house?

Unfortunately, The Brady Bunch house isn't available for booking, but there will definitely be a Brady Bunch superfan staying in the renovated home this holiday season.

This past summer, HGTV announced A Very Brady Contest, giving one lucky person the chance to “live like a Brady," and Lisa Shaw from Charlotte, North Carolina has been announced as the grand winner. Her one-minute video earned her a six-night stay at the house with seven guests in early December, wrapping up right before A Very Brady Renovation: Holiday Edition airs.

Can I tour The Brady Bunch house?

As of right now, no tours of The Brady Bunch house have been offered to the public. Tours of The Brady Bunch house have been limited to celebrities, like Bass himself, who hasn’t given up on his dream of buying the property.

Bravo’s Andy Cohen and the Irwin family—Terri, Robert, Bindi and her fiancé, Chandler Powell—also stopped by the house, because of course, the Bradys are loved across the world!

But in actor Barry Williams’ opinion, it may be difficult to offer tours to everyone, because it’s a residential area and not commercially zoned. We'll just have to see if this changes!
