Hannah Godwin and Dylan Barbour Are Married!
The “Bachelor in Paradise” stars tied the knot in a timeless wedding at Château de Villette in Condécourt, France.
Four years after Hannah Godwin and Dylan Barbour first crossed paths on the hit ABC reality dating show Bachelor in Paradise, the two are officially married. Godwin and Barbour said “I do” on August 23, 2023, in a timeless wedding at Château de Villette in Condécourt, France, and they invited 145 friends and family members to witness their vow exchange. “It’s almost hard to put into words how magical this day is for us,” Godwin tells People. “Not only do I get to marry the guy of my dreams, but I get to be in France with my closest family and friends. I feel like there's no other words to describe it other than the best day ever!”
The day after she tied the knot, Godwin announced the news with her Instagram followers by simply writing, “The Barbours 🤍.” She supplemented the caption with a carousel of images, photographed by Beba Vowels, that documented the details behind her nuptials, which was planned by W Society. The first few photos depict moments from the ceremony. The bride walked down a stone aisle lined with a bed of single-stem white roses growing from planted grass. According to People, “Can’t Stop Falling in Love” by Elvis Presley played while she made her way to the altar. Based on the images, the couple traded vows in front of their French château backdrop and an arch composed of white baby’s breath. Barbour’s uncle officiated the ceremony, People reports.
The images also reveal the bride and groom’s attire for the ceremony. Godwin wore a double lingerie satin Atelier Pronovias dress with a rhinestone-trimmed veil, and crystal-studded sheer gloves. “When I tried on the silhouette of the dress, I knew it was the one,” Godwin tells People. “My entire mood board for all of the looks of the wedding week were classic 90s supermodel-inspired.” Barbour looked dapper in a classic black tuxedo with a black bow tie. Their wedding party coordinated with one another in all-black ensembles, with the bridesmaids in black floor-length gowns from Show Me Your Mumu and the groomsmen in black tuxedos.

The next few pictures showcase the reception. In one photo, the newlyweds are kissing one another while sitting at their head table, which is decorated with white roses and ornate candelabras. A portrait of the bride and groom demonstrate that the two of them had wardrobe changes for the second phase of festivities. Godwin slipped into a strapless dress with a ruched bodice, a skirt covered in sequins, and a thigh-high slit, which was also designed by Pronovias. The groom swapped his black tuxedo jacket for a white one.

During the reception, Godwin and Barbour shared their first dance to “L-O-V-E,” by Nat King Cole, the publication says. The couple and their guests, who were instructed to follow a black-tie dress code and wear neutral colors, then dined on a three-course plated dinner, which included beef Wellington, rack of lamb, and gnocchi, the publication reports. They also ditched tradition by swapping the classic wedding cake for a donut wall, per People.
Later in the evening, Godwin had one more outfit change: another Pronovias number. The bride changed into a sequined piece with a halter neck before watching a fireworks show and hitting the dance floor with her new husband and guests. Godwin’s main purpose for her nuptials was for her loved ones to have a blast. “You know those trips where you look back and have so many fun, silly, sweet memories?” she asks. “I’m hoping that when everyone looks back to their time in Paris for our wedding, that they all have a lot of core memories!” For the couple, their big day was magical. “I honestly did not expect the wedding to be this dream-like,” Barbour admits. “I can’t wait to spend every moment appreciating our life and celebrating such a huge life moment with Hannah and my family.”
Before their wedding, the couple kicked off the celebration with a welcome party and a rehearsal dinner, captured by Beba Vowels on camera and planned by W Society. Barbour shared details about the events on August 23, 2023. First, she uploaded photos from her welcome party, which took place in Paris. “welcome party 🤍,” she captioned her post. “what is life omg.” The pictures reveal that she wore a silk mini dress with a long train, paired with sheer, fingerless gloves. Barbour sported a beige jacket and white pants.
Godwin followed up her welcome party post with one about her rehearsal dinner. For the occasion, the bride-to-be donned a white strapless gown with a corset top from Undone, while Barbour was clad in a navy pinstripe blazer. Based on the photos, the couple and some of their guests dined at a banquet table in the middle of a courtyard. Per the Instagram post, their tablescape featured neutral linens, floral menus, monogrammed napkins, fruit accents, and wooden candle holders.
