Counting down the days until the September 20th premiere of the Downton Abbey movie has been excruciating, to say the least.
Fortunately, the past few weeks have given fans a taste of what to expect from the Crawley family’s big screen debut. And, following the release of the film’s first official trailer in May, two additional teaser trailers have shed more light on all the delectable drama surrounding the royal visit of King George V and Queen Mary to Downton, including a visit from Edith.
"Little flashes of sibling rivalries still return when Edith visits," Hugh Bonneville told Vanity Fair. "But on the whole, the family is pulling together in the right direction and the forces of drama are actually external, which is quite fun. It's sort of Downton versus the world."
But perhaps the most interesting peek came yesterday, when Focus Features released a third teaser (below) with behind-the-scenes looks and interviews with the cast that are guaranteed to give you goosebumps.
