She appears to be demonstrating her strength one muscle group at a time via sizzling hot Instagram photos. It all started with a few visual reminders to never skip leg day—or an abs workout, for that matter.

Now, in her latest Instagram snap, Halle is all about the arms. Halle wraps her arms around her torso and adds a simple message in the caption: "Self-love is never selfish." She looks calm and serene in white pants, but her arm muscles are firing and all kinds of sculpted.
I got so caught up in her ripped biceps, triceps, and shoulders that I almost forgot to mention she's topless in the photo, NBD. One week, she's pantsless and the next she's shirt-free. No matter what, her strong, toned muscles are the focal point.
They're the focus of her efficient workouts, too. Those defined arms did not happen by chance. Halle works with personal trainer Peter Lee Thomas, and she works hard.
Proof? Some of her go-to arm moves include pullups and lots of them. She can knock out 15 pullups in one shot. But Halle's go-to is a 20-minute workout, which includes intense full-body strength training moves. She also dabbles in yoga and gets her cardio on with a real jump rope burner dreamt up by her trainer Peter Lee Thomas.
Whatever Halle's doing, it's clearly working.
