Thigh-grazing miniskirts have become a staple for Hailey Bieber. So far this year, she’s had styles from Y/Project, Miu Miu, Miaou and Wardrobe.NYC on regular rotation, sticking to sky-high hemlines for date nights with her husband, Justin Bieber.

On 10 May, she proved her new uniform is not just for after-dark, popping out in the afternoon in New York in a work-meets-play look comprised of a soft miniskirt, a Prada belt and a backless top by Mode Mischief Studios, complete with white ankle socks and loafers.

The finishing touch? A statement tailored coat from Khaite’s fall 2023 collection, slimline sunglasses and gold hoops, plus a cardboard coffee carrier and a shopping bag.

LA girl Hailey’s style always shifts when she’s on the East Coast. When in the Big Apple, she favors preppy style: low-denier tights, knits and leather jackets. At home in LA, she gravitates towards easy sporty separates (spring has been all about cycling shorts and hoodies), baggy jeans, crop tops and dresses. For Hailey, location is everything.
