Hailey Baldwin Says She’s Saving Spots for Tattoos of Her Future Kids’ Names

Thanks to the recent tiny-tattoo trend, there's practically no limit to the number of tattoos you can fit on your skin. That doesn't necessarily mean, however, that you can cover every inch of your body in tiny tats without thinking it through. Just ask Hailey Baldwin: Though she's gone under the needle many times before, there are a few specific spaces she has yet to fill in. In a new interview with Harper's Bazaar, Hailey shared the very cute reason for these empty spots.

"I want more, but I'm keeping space for my kids' names, and certain sentimental things," Hailey told the outlet. "I don't want to fill all the cute spots before…I get there." Well, that's the most adorable thing ever.

The model has previously spoken about her love of tiny, delicate tattoos. In April of this year, the same week that she got the year 1996 inked on her right hipbone and a small heart added to her left shoulder, Hailey talked to The Cut about her ever-growing tat collection. "The heart was kind of aesthetic. I just think it looks cute — there's no story behind it," she said. "I think the really little dainty tattoos are very, like, they're very pretty on girls. And 1996 was the year I was born."

She also shared that, at the time, she'd accrued an impressive 19 tattoos, and that, despite her recent comments about setting aside certain spaces for future use, she doesn't typically overthink the mini masterpieces. "I never plan it. I plan it the night before and I'm like, I think this would look cute, and then I text JonBoy: 'I'm coming in,'" she said, but noted that she is taking her time between tats. "I try to space out when I get my tattoos," she said. "I think now I'm going to chill out for a second on the tattoos because I'm running out of spots."
