Gwyneth Paltrow sat down for an interview this week in which she was asked some very personal questions about her famous exes—and when answering, the Goop founder did not hold back.

The interview in question was for the Call Her Daddy podcast. In Tuesday's episode, host Alex Cooper asked Paltrow about her former A-list loves, including Brad Pitt and Ben Affleck.

Paltrow began dating Pitt in 1994, after meeting on the set of Seven. Recalling their connection, Paltrow said it was “major love at first sight. It was crazy.” In 1996, the two got engaged, but in 1997, before they could walk down the aisle, they split.

“I had a lot of development to do, looking back in hindsight. In a lot of ways, I didn't really fully start to come into myself until I was 40 years old,” Paltrow said. “And I had such a pleasing issue. I didn’t really even understand how to listen to my instincts and act from that place.”

That being said, Paltrow said she was “totally heartbroken when we broke up.”

“It was the right thing at that time, but it was really hard,” she recalled.

Though it took some time, the two are now good friend again, and Pitt was even recently a guest in Paltrow's Goop podcast. “He's a great guy. He's wonderful, I really like him a lot,” she said of her ex.

Later on in the candid chat, Cooper and Paltrow played a game of “Brad or Ben,” in which the wellness mogul was asked to compare her actor exes in a number of categories including, “Who are you more likely to get into an argument with?” and “Who is more romantic?” And even, “Who is better in bed?”

Paltrow dated Affleck on and off from 1997 to 2000, during which time they starred together in Shakespeare in Love (1998) and Bounce (2000).

Paltrow said both Pitt and Affleck were good kissers, and choosing who was better in bed is “really hard.” But finally, she admitted, “Brad was like the sort of major chemistry, love of your life, kind of, at the time, and then Ben was, like, technically excellent.”

At that point, Paltrow even surprised herself with her own honesty—but that didn't stop her from continuing with the games.

She and Cooper then played “F**k, Marry, Kill” with her choices being Affleck, Pitt and her ex-husband, Chris Martin. (She and Martin were married from 2003 to 2016 and share kids Apple, 18, and Moses, 17. She is mow married to Brad Falchuk.)

Paltrow sweetly said she would marry Martin, adding, “I would do that all again.”

As for who she'd sleep with again, Paltrow said, “I think Brad.” She then had no other choice but to get rid of Affleck. “Ben, yeah, God bless him,” she said with a laugh.

Pitt went on to marry Jennifer Aniston after his split from Paltrow, and later, Angelina Jolie. He is now reportedly dating jewelry designer Ines de Ramon. Affleck, meanwhile, married Jennifer Garner; the two eventually divorced and he is now newly married to Jennifer Lopez.
