Gwen Stefani Shares Rare Photos of Blake Shelton With Her Boys for Father’s Day

• Gwen Stefani thanked her longtime boyfriend Blake Shelton on Father’s Day for being a father figure to her three sons.

• She celebrated by posting a carousel of Instagram photos, featuring rare moments of Shelton with Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo.

Though Blake Shelton has no biological children, Gwen Stefani thanked him on Father’s Day for being a father figure to her sons Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo, whom she had with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.

“Happy father’s day @blakeshelton thank u for helping me raise these boys!! #weloveyou! G❤️K❤️Z❤️A,” she captioned a carousel of Instagram photos. The gallery featured snapshots of Shelton with each of her sons: posing in a restaurant with Zuma, snuggling baby Apollo, and gearing up to hunt with Zuma and Kingston.

Fans loved seeing the rarely shared moments—a behind-the-scenes peek into their blended family life. “Blake is so cute with the boys,” one commented. “Wow! You sure can see the love between Blake and the boys! So heartwarming,” another wrote. “This is the cutest thing I have ever seen,” someone else added.

In November, Shelton, Stefani, and the kids will celebrate five years together, so it only makes sense that the country singer has become an influential part of their lives. And this isn’t the first time Stefani has acknowledged that. In a September 2019 interview on Today, Hoda Kotb asked her if Shelton would be a good father. The “Sweet Escape” singer’s response was candid: “He is a good dad, actually. He’s been helping me out a lot, so I literally get to the point where I’m like, ‘You gotta get home, I need help.’ It’s hard. I got three boys.”

Since the onset of the pandemic, they’ve all been hunkered down at Shelton’s Oklahoma ranch where they’ve learned how to make sourdough bread, done lots of gardening, and celebrated two family birthdays. On May 26, Kingston turned 14, and Stefani shared a video of Shelton smothering the teen in kisses, only for him to wipe them off. “Happy b day kingking,” she captioned the clip.

On June 18, Shelton turned 44, which the family also celebrated over Father’s Day weekend. Stefani threw him a Hawaiian-themed birthday party, complete with a tractor-shaped cake topped with their very own lookalike figures—all of which she documented on her Instagram Story. “Happy birthday @blakeshelton,” she captioned a photo of her kissing his cheek. “thank u for being my best friend.”

In an interview with Eddie Trunk on SiriusXM, the boys’ father Rossdale expressed sadness over being away from his kids during quarantine. “I miss them,” he said. “I haven’t had them for 10 or 11 days, and that’s a long time. We do a lot of FaceTime. I find myself in my kids’ pockets a lot.”
