How do you redeem a Groupon?
Once you purchase a Groupon, you'll still have to redeem it using a special redemption code on the merchant's website. To locate your redemption code, go to "My Groupons" and you'll find every deal you've purchased. From there, find the deal you want to redeem and click "View Details" and "View Voucher" soon after.
When you're on the voucher, copy the provided redemption code and apply it at the merchant's website or checkout page. Some of the vouchers even have the company URL listed, so look out for that to save yourself some searching.

How do you get a refund for Groupon?
Groupon ensures refunds with something called the "Groupon Promise." Essentially, Groupon says that any unredeemed voucher can be fully refunded within the first three days of purchase.
Furthermore, if you're unsatisfied with your experience, you can contact Groupon within 14 days of your voucher use and work towards a refund. Groupon also promises that any merchant is solely responsible for honoring the voucher up to the amount paid.
