A standout condo in Ramona, California, has just gone on the market. And this isn't your typical (2020) crib. The groovy green residency, built in 1974, has barely been touched over the last 45 years. It's being referred to as a "time capsule," as everything remains in perfectly mint condition, truly evocative of the flashy vintage styles of the past.

I have so many thoughts, many dealing with dust, but here's what we know so far: The dwelling was originally owned by a particular developer who was very infatuated with the color green and it’s many shades, according to the NY Post. He hired a professional designer to create this bold, one-of-a-kind space. However, shortly after, the condo was sold to a retired couple as a vacation property, who rarely set foot in it. Now, the couple's children have placed the 1,800 square foot condo on the market for $375,000. The listing is held by Nancy Maranan.

The radical, two-floor condo is covered wall-to-ceiling in a multitude of greens. Think: green wallpaper, carpeting, countertops, cabinetry, custom fabrics, and more. It's as if someone froze the space back in 1974 and has just returned to it now. “Everything is vintage — even the magazine on the coffee table is 30 years old,” Maranan tells the NY Post. Not only does the avocado green style and decor take you back to an incredibly righteous decade, but also a simpler one. The condo is still equipped with all its original appliances for a bona fide blast to the past—our grandmillennial hearts are swelling.

The home also comes equipped with a garage that includes a two car carport. Now that’s something you don’t see anymore, and oh do we dig it! Plus, you can catch gorgeous views of the adjacent golf course from the home (just incase there wasn't enough green to look at inside). The best part of this condo is that everything seen in the photos comes included in the sale! While I am not currently in the market for a condo, I will definitely be green with envy over whoever snatches this gem up. Please, I beg of you, don't ever change it!
