Green Giant Has New Cauliflower Breadsticks, and the Garlic Ones Look So Good
What was once a plain white vegetable has now replaced some of our most beloved carbs. Case in point: cauliflower pizza crust. Green Giant is using the vegetable to create Cauliflower Breadsticks, and it sounds like just the healthy bite we need on our dinner plates tonight.
The new Cauliflower Breadsticks come in Original and Garlic flavors. They come frozen in a bag, but the brand says that they have that fresh baked taste. Cauliflower is the very first ingredient, so you know that the gluten-free breadsticks are packed with the vegetable.
Each bag includes six breadsticks, so you might even have some leftovers for another meal (if the family doesn’t gobble them up, that is). You can find them in a variety of stores, including Stop & Shop and Albertsons. The locate tool on Green Giant’s website can help you track them down near you.
A warm breadstick goes with pretty much anything you have on your lunch or dinner plate, but we think they’d especially be good with a big bowl of pasta. However, to continue following a low-carb diet, you can swap out that regular pasta for chickpea pasta, zucchini noodles, or cauliflower linguini. Whoever thinks you can’t have a delicious low-carb meal is going to eat their words (and these breadsticks).
