This grandma-to-be thinks she's getting a PR gift. What she actually gets blows her mind.

There are many ways to announce a pregnancy, but one of the more unusual reveals we've seen took place in Pennsylvania, where Yvonne Breyer literally received the news by special delivery.

When Yvonne’s son, Tyler, and daughter-in-law, Alexandra Yaeger, learned they were pregnant with their first child, they decided to surprise the grandma-to-be by sending her a note in a fake PR package containing a personalized water bottle.

“This is our first baby! I couldn’t decide how to surprise her, but we know she’s so over the top,” said Yaeger, a popular fitness and nutrition coach on TikTok. “I get a few PR packages, and she’s always so excited about it and can’t believe it, so I thought that would be a great opportunity for the pregnancy announcement.”

And her mother-in-law did not disappoint, greeting the good news with a wild reaction.
