Good news: Watch this guy's birthday wish come true right after he blew out his candles
Ralph Gallo has a special birthday tradition. Each year he and his girlfriend, Sarah Gelper, host a party. After he blows out the candles, Gallo goes around the room and says a nice thing about each person in attendance.
So when Gelpern immediately started to speak to the group before cutting into the cake, Gelpern thought that's what was happening. She had no idea that this year would be all about her. In shock, Gelpern watched her boyfriend pull out a ring and get down on one knee.
