GlaxoSmithKline up on buy, Red Hat shares climb on earnings, Overstock down on offering

GlaxoSmithKline (GSK): Shares are jumping here, up around 3.09%. The drugmaker has reached a deal to buy out Novartis’ stake in its consumer health care joint venture for $13 billion.
Red Hat (RHT): Shares are climbing, up around 3.89%. The software provider’s quarterly report beat on both the top and bottom lines, and the company offered upbeat guidance as well.
Overstock (OSTK): Shares are dropping in early trade, down around -8.9%. The discount e-tailer and now bitcoin player announced that it intends to offer 4,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.
