Georgia State throws TD to basketball coach Ron Hunter in spring game
Georgia State basketball coach Ron Hunter made a cameo as a wide receiver during his school’s spring football game on Saturday.
Fresh off another NCAA tournament appearance for his team, Hunter caught a touchdown pass during Georgia State’s spring game.

We’re disappointed with how open the GSU defense let Hunter get on that play. You’ve gotta cover better than that!
Georgia State made the tournament in 2018 for the fourth time in school history. Unlike in 2015, when Hunter became a tournament legend after falling off his stool during a first-round upset, the Panthers were bounced in the first round.
