General Mills tumbles, Nordstrom family's failed bid, MuleSoft pops on buyout

Nordstrom: Shares are slipping here, down around 2%. Nordstrom has ended discussions with the Nordstrom family about taking the company private, after the two sides could not agree on price.

MuleSoft: Shares are jumping in early trade, up around 6%. The software maker has agreed to be bought by Salesforce.com for $5.9 billion, excluding assumed debt. MuleSoft shares had popped on Tuesday on reports of this deal.
