  • Ariana Grande just married luxury real estate, Dalton Gomez, who proposed in 2020.

  • Before that, she named some of her exes in her Grammy-nominated album, Thank You, Next.

  • Here’s Ariana Grande’s full relationship history, from 2008 to present.

Ariana Grande has had quite a year—and then some. She started dating her new husband, Dalton Gomez, in January 2020, locked down for the COVID-19 pandemic in March, bought a new house in June, and got engaged to the real estate agent in December. And, oh yeah, they just got married (!!) this May.

Ariana and Dalton said their "I do's" in a small ceremony with their closest family and friends. "They got married," Ariana's rep confirmed to People. "It was tiny and intimate—less than 20 people. The room was so happy and full of love. The couple and both families couldn't be happier."

The "Positions" songstress' friends and family are reportedly "thrilled" about her new hubby. "Everyone loves Dalton. He is great for Ari," a source told People. "This phase of her life has been very quiet and uneventful in a good way. They are very happy that she is marrying Dalton."

Given her public engagement to and breakup with comedian Pete Davidson, the Grammy Award winner hasn't shared much about her new hubby. "Ariana has had some hesitation being so public about her relationship with Dalton as she's seen how that has worn on her past relationships," the source said. "Dalton and Ariana are in Los Angeles together during quarantine, and it has been a great opportunity for them to spend quality time together."

Ariana’s had a lot of different romantic partners over the years, before tying the knot with Dalton. Here’s what you need to know about their relationship, plus a look back at the pop star's other boyfriends who came before him.

Ariana started dating Dalton Gomez in early 2020.

Sources confirmed that the couple started seeing each other in January 2020, just before the COVID-19 pandemic began. Dalton, who is from SoCal, works as a buyer’s agent for the luxury real estate company Aaron Kirman Group and closes deals with A-list clients, People reported. Fans believe he's either 24 or 25, based on an old yearbook photo. There’s no word on whether real estate brought him and Ariana together, or if they just happened to meet, but the two are currently quarantining together in the “Boyfriend” singer’s Los Angeles home. (Earlier in June, she bought a Hollywood Hills home for $13.7 million, so the odds are pretty good they met through real estate.)

"Ariana is staying at home with friends. She is very serious about self distancing and has been with the same group of people for days," the source told People. "One of the people she is with right now is Dalton—they have been hanging out for a couple of months."

But Ariana kept things on the DL for a reason. "Ariana doesn’t want to do another public relationship so she is trying to keep this one quiet, but she seems very happy with Dalton," the source said.

Instead of becoming IG official, they became music video official in the "Stuck With U" video for her collaboration with Justin Bieber. (Both are managed by Scooter Braun.)

At the end of the video, Ariana and Dalton can be seen sweetly dancing together, hugging, and kissing in what looks like a bedroom. That was pretty huge for the couple, since it was their first sign of ~official~ relationship status.

He also made a cameo in the "Rain on Me" Instagram promos for her song on Lady Gaga's new album Chromatica. (ICYMI, in the "Rain on Me" promos, she delivers mock-weather reports in her bathtub while Dalton holds a shower head above her head.)

But it seems they've been IG official for quite some time, since Dalton's been posting about quarantine on his private account, @dalton_jacob. Ariana also posted a black-and-white photo on IG Stories of Dalton playing video games with his twin brother Dakota, shot from behind.

Now that Ariana and Dalton are hitched, TBD what songs and music videos about their love will come next.

Before Dalton, Ari was engaged to Pete Davidson.

She met the stand-up comedian and Saturday Night Live star at one of SNL’s after-parties in 2018. They started dating immediately, and were often vocal about their love for one another.

After a few weeks, they got engaged, and spent the summer attending events together. By October 2018, however, the engagement was off—and so was Ariana's tattoo of Pete. But there’s still a song called “pete davidson” on Ariana’s Sweetener album, and he did get a shout-out in Ariana's now-iconic pop anthem "Thank U, Next."

Ariana and Mac Miller knew each other for years before they got together.

Ari met rapper Mac Miller in 2012, and they were collaborators and friends for a long time before they started dating. Their romance was confirmed in August 2016, after they were seen kissing at Katsu-Ya restaurant in Encino, California, per iHeartRadio.

“Hi! This is one of my best friends in the whole world and favorite people on the planet Malcolm McCormick,” Ariana wrote in her Instagram Stories following their breakup in the spring of 2018. “I respect and adore him endlessly and am grateful to have him in my life in any form, at all times regardless of how our relationship changes or what the universe holds for each of us! Unconditional love is not selfish. It is wanting the best for that person even if at the moment, it's not you.”

The day after his death on September 7, 2018, she posted a tribute to the rapper. It was a simple black and white photo of Mac looking up at her.

Most recently, on January 19, 2020—what would've been Mac's 28th birthday—she shared a never-before-seen video of him on her Instagram.

Pre-Mac Miller, Ari was in a relationship with Ricky Alvarez.

Diehard Ari fans will remember her ’ship with backup dancer Ricky Alvarez from the infamous #Doughnutgate video, in which Ari licked fresh doughnuts at a California bakery in 2015. In the video obtained by TMZ, he can be seen egging her on.

Still, they parted on good terms. “She broke up with him. He didn’t cheat or anything, they just found it difficult to make it work. They are still friends though,” a source told E! News.

In 2014, she started seeing Big Sean.

After cancelling his wedding to Glee star Naya Rivera, Big Sean and Ariana began dating in 2014, making their couple debut on the red carpet of the MTV VMAs.

After breaking up, their reps told Us Weekly in a statement: “They both deeply care for each other and remain close friends. We kindly ask that the media respect their wish for privacy regarding this personal matter at this time.”

Ariana’s first relationship was with Graham Phillips in 2008.

She met Graham when the two were teenagers starring in Broadway musical 13 that year. The pair dated for three years, before calling it quits in 2011. Since then, they’ve been on friendly terms, with Graham attending a few of Ari’s concerts.

If Graham looks familiar, it’s probably because he plays Nick St. Clair—Veronica’s ex—on Riverdale.
