Former wrestler Kane appears to have won Knox County, Tenn. mayoral primary

The votes have been tallied from Tuesday’s primary, and with 100 percent of precincts reporting, Glenn Jacobs, aka Kane of WWE fame, has 17 more votes than Brad Anders and will be the party’s nominee for mayor if the results hold up.
