Fans are still trying to cope with the fact that Meredith Grey is leaving Seattle in Grey’s Anatomy (we need a moment ourselves…). While we’re trying to process the news, we at least have some good news on the horizon: Two former Grey’s Anatomy castmates are reuniting for a new holiday movie.

Actress Sarah Drew—who played Dr. April Kepner in the medical drama—will be sharing the small screen once again with her former co-star, Justin Bruening. For those who need a quick refresher, Bruening portrayed Matthew Taylor on Grey’s Anatomy, who was April’s former love interest.

The former co-stars are reuniting for a Christmas movie on Lifetime and on Instagram, the 42-year-old actress shared a sneak peek clip from the film, which is titled Reindeer Games Homecoming.

The short video starts with Drew’s character engaging in witty banter with Bruening, which makes us wonder if they have romantic history in the film (just like their characters on Grey’s Anatomy, maybe?).

“Another little sneaky peaky! This is one of my favorite scenes in the movie!” the Amber Brown actress wrote in the caption. “This was a total dream team and I’m still pinching myself that we actually got to make this movie!!”

This is not the only Grey’s Anatomy reunion to happen this year. Back in May, Drew reunited with her former castmate Jesse Williams (another one of her onscreen love interests, btw) to support his Broadway play, Take Me Out. In a photo slideshow posted to Instagram, both actors smiled from ear to ear as they shared a small embrace.

“Got to see this guy shine in his Tony-nominated Broadway debut last night on my way home from Canada! What a show! What a performance! I laughed and cried. It was moving and hilarious and heart wrenching,” Drew wrote in the caption.

She continued, “It was all the things. @ijessewilliams gives a stunning performance alongside a brilliant cast,” she continued. “@jessetyler brought me to joyous tears several times. If you haven’t seen #takemeout yet - GO! See it before it closes. You won’t regret it!! [red heart emojis].”

We’re always happy whenever former cast members from Grey’s Anatomy reunite.
