Winter is a bad time for everyone and everything, but it’s especially brutal on your wardrobe. Love miniskirts? You’re out of luck. Hate wearing puffer jackets that make you look like a marshmallow? Fortunately, sometimes fashion trends are actually practical and right now, weather-resistant combat boots are everywhere. Considering combat boots were originally worn by soldiers during actual combat, it should go without saying that being durable is what they’re known for. And now, thanks to designers like Prada, Chloé, and The Row, combat boots are fashionable too. You don’t have to spend hundreds to get in on the trend though.
