Valerie Bertinelli is keeping it real with her fans. Despite the Food Network star being known for her bubbly personality, she's not afraid to be upfront about what she's emotionally going through.

In a recent video posted to her TikTok account, the Kids Baking Championship host got personal with her followers about some vulnerable thoughts. Wearing a simple pair of black framed glasses and a dark collared shirt, she opened up about experiencing a rough time behind the scenes.

"Some days are easier than others to pretend that everything's OK," she said in the clip. "And I do know that everything is going to be OK and everything will work out. It's just ... sometimes it sucks."

Reacting to Valerie's emotional video, Food Network fans didn't hesitate to reach out to her. They quickly flooded her comments section to let the Hot in Cleveland alum know they were thinking of her.

"You got this Valerie ❤️ You're a great mom, a beautiful lady, and a terrific actress!! We, your fans love you and we're here for you!!" one fan empathized with her on TikTok. "Your honest vulnerability is so beautiful," another follower noted. "Right there with you ... we all struggle but you got this!" a different fan responded.

It's unknown what Valerie was referring to in the brief snippet. But back in May, the One Day at a Time actress announced she was divorcing husband Tom Vitale after 11 years of marriage. She's been candid about her feelings about it and recently revealed why she's so open with her fans.

"When I do say it out loud and so many people reach out and say ‘Oh I feel the same way.’ I feel like I’m doing it in a selfish way because it makes me feel not so alone," Valerie told Today show hosts Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager in June. "It makes me feel better to be able to get all of the mess out of my mouth and it doesn’t sit here.”
