Fly By Jing Debuts Xtra Spicy Chili Crisp Sauce That'll Make You Sweat

Jing Gao founded Fly By Jing in 2018 with the intention of spotlighting the flavors of her childhood and her hometown of Chengdu, China, while mixing in modern flare. The idea behind the brand and its recipes is that it's not always about tradition, but instead, personal taste. Everything derives from the Sichuan Province, and Jing focuses on using natural, flavorful ingredients to breath new life into classic Sichuan dishes.
With that being said, Fly by Jing has introduced a new spicy condiment to its product lineup—Xtra Spciy Chili Crisp. To create the new sauce, the fan favorite Sichuan Chili Crisp got an upgrade in kick and flavor. The new extra-spicy version has three times the heat of the ever-popular original. The same beloved Umami flavor is amplified with a numbing sensation that’ll make you sweat.
The sauce is made using 100 percent non-GMO King Chilis and peppers and is all-natural, vegan, sugar-free, and gluten-free. It also comes in an all-black jar, which might deter the faint of heart, with bright red writing for a bold, eye-catching design.
Some of the other products that the AAPI-owned brand sells include more mild chili crisp sauces, pepper oil, dumplings, and spices. Fly by Jing also sells ingredients like Tingly Sichuan Salt, Spicy Sovereign Syrup, Mala Spice Crisps, 10 Year Aged Black Vinegar, Fire Hot Post Base, and 3 Year Aged Doubanjaing.
