  • Though he didn't win, Fleabag won the award for Best Musical or Comedy TV series.

Grab some water because everyone is thirsty for Fleabag's Hot Priest at the Golden Globes tonight. The actor behind the viral role, Andrew Scott, arrived at tonight's ceremony looking holy (just let me have this one) in a white jacket and bowtie. Sadly, he did not appear in full costume—collar, robe, and all—but beggars can't be choosers.

From the moment he stepped onto the red carpet, the reactions started spilling onto Twitter. The Internet frenzy doesn't seem to bother Scott, though. "The reaction...it's insane. It's a little show," he told Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet. "We made a little show and you always want it to be seen, but just the fact that the Internet has taken the charter and the show to its hearts, it's amazing. It's incredible."

Scott also got some love from costar and longtime friend Phoebe Waller Bridge, who took home the award for Best Actress in a Television Series, Musical or Comedy. "This really comes down to Andrew Scott, really," she said during her speech, pointing out their onscreen dynamic. "He can have chemistry with a pebble ... I love being Andrew's pebble in this."

Oh, to be the Hot Priest's pebble. See the best reactions to Scott's appearance below.
