I Finally Found the Perfect Pair of Sweatpants and I Wear Them Everywhere Now

On Trial: Vuori Ponto Performance Pant

The Brief: Although I’ve worked remotely for just over 3 years now, the truth is, I still shower and get dressed almost every day. I have no problem with working from home in hard pants and button-down shirts, even though people may call me crazy. If I don’t shower in the morning and get dressed for the day, I feel like a sloth.
However, I recently tried a pair of Vuori’s Ponto Performance Sweatpants, and my whole world was turned upside-down. They're all I want to wear now. The only feeling that comes close is when you are exhausted after a long day of traveling, finally get back to your own bed, and slip into some freshly laundered sheets.
Made from Vuori’s signature performance-knit jersey fabric, these pants are soft and breathable, they wash well, and they don’t limit your range of motion. I like that they have a more tailored-looking fit than your typical slouchy sweatpants — these pants are slim, but not tight. I’m 5-foot-10 and mostly wear a size 32 pant, and the size medium fits me perfectly.
Even if I'm only wearing them at home for the majority of the time, Vuori’s Ponto Performance Sweatpants are definitely chic enough to wear out in public. I would totally wear these to the gym, grocery store, or while traveling. They’re also moisture-wicking, and they have quick-dry tech and a zip pocket on the back for storing my house key while I go on runs.
I know that $84 for sweats isn't cheap, but I’m telling you: These are worth it. I truly wish they were cheaper so I could donate all my other sweatpants and just buy this pair in every color option they have: black, light gray, dark gray, and navy.
These pants have almost no flaws, but if I’m nitpicking, the side pockets are a little too deep for my taste. This causes my iPhone to bounce around a bit too much as I'm walking. But honestly, that's my only critique.
If you’re willing to splurge a little, the Vuori’s Ponto Performance Sweatpants look great and are extremely versatile, functional, and comfortable.
