  • Fergie just popped in to wow everyone at the VMAs last night with a performance that can only be dubbed "iconic."

  • The singer, 47, donned a glittering mini dress and heels to sing "First Class" with Jack Harlow, and her legs were beyond sculpted.

  • Fergie doesn't share a ton about her workout routines, but she tries to fit in regular exercise and does lots of stretching.

Fergie, a.k.a. Double Duchess, performed at the MTV Video Music Awards show last night, and she was not screwing around. The singer, who has been out of the spotlight for a while, casually dropped in to sing “First Class” with Jack Harlow while working a sparkly minidress with some seriously toned legs. She was simply all around G-L-A-M-O-R-O-U-S.

The 47-year-old strutted around the stage in her glittering outfit while flashing strong legs in strappy heels from the front and side. Worth noting: Jack Harlow’s “First Class,” which samples Fergie’s “Glamorous,” won Song of the Summer, along with a ton of other awards at the show.

ICYMI, Fergie has been busy raising her son, and she officially left the Black Eyed Peas to focus “on being a mom,” Will.i.am told Billboard in 2020, per USA Today. (Fergie welcomed her son, Axl, in 2013.)

"That's a hard job, and that’s what she really wants to do and we’re here for her, and she knows how to contact us for a retreat or a breakaway," Will.i.am said. "It’s really the way Fergie designed it, so we’re respecting her design. We love Fergie, and we don’t want anything but awesomeness for her."

On the fitness front, Fergie has made it clear that regular exercise is a crucial part of maintaining her healthy body and mind. “Working out consistently really helps [with mental health], and stretching,” she told Coveteur. “Stretching is way more important for me now than it used to be to keep the limbs healthy.”

While Fergie hasn’t said a ton about what, exactly, she does in those regular workouts, it’s pretty clear there are plenty of leg days in the mix.

Fergie also shared that she’s big into meditation. “I do the 21-day Oprah & Deepak meditations,” she said. “They’re really great because they are guided and they really help me to center. I have a therapist as well, and I do some hypnosis sometimes—whenever I get the chance.”

When it comes to food, Fergie can whip up a dish in the kitchen, but her ex, Josh Duhamel, joked to Today that their son would describe her cooking as "'not as good as daddy’s.'”

The pop singer has also opened up about her mental health and struggles with a crystal meth addiction in the past. She told Britain's iNews that she had hallucinations even after she stopped using the drug.

"At my lowest point, I was [suffering from] chemically-induced psychosis and dementia," she said "I was hallucinating on a daily basis. It took a year after getting off that drug for the chemicals in my brain to settle so that I stopped seeing things. I’d just be sitting there, seeing a random bee or bunny."

Good to have you back, Fergie!
