  • The talk show host's toned core was on full display as she crushed a seriously difficult dance workout.

  • Kelly says exercise is a huge part of her mental health routine.

Move over, ABBA: Kelly Ripa is the new dancing queen. The talk show host and actress, 51, just revealed her super sculpted abs in a brand new Instagram video—and her dance moves are unmatched.

"For advanced dancers follow @a.brittany_ on the right. For awkward version follow me on the left. 😷😷🔥🔥 #lemmeseechallenge," Kelly captioned the clip, which shows her keeping up with a tough dance workout. But Kelly's being humble because her skills (and energy levels!) are off the charts.

Kelly's friends and fans in the comments noticed, too. "JUST WOWZA," wrote The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna (and if you follow Lisa on IG, then you know she's pretty into dancing, too). "GO OFF, LADIES! 🔥🔥🔥," another fan added, while someone else said, "🔥🔥🔥💃🏻💃🏻."

Wondering just how Kelly stays so fit? For starters, she usually exercises for 60 to 90 minutes a day, five days a week.

Kelly often takes classes with former dancer Anna Kaiser, of Anna Kaiser Studios in New York City, per Women's Health. The sessions combine dance and HIIT (or high-intensity interval training) for a seriously sweat-inducing workout.

“The best thing about the marriage of dance and HIIT is that you’re moving on multiple planes of motion and you’re having fun,” Kaiser shared with WH. “You really need to focus on different types of muscular contractions and angles, not just on getting through exercises for the sake of feeling a burn. If you do the same motions over and over, you’re not going to get the full benefit.”

On other days, Kaiser and Kelly work through arm exercises on a ballet barre, ranging from pulses to actually pushing off of the barre, per People. The pair are also fans of resistance bands: "We love that contraction and how that feels," Kaiser said.

But for Kelly, staying active is about more than just sculpting her muscles. “There are a lot of people that don’t have to work out, and I am so happy for them, but I have to work out for my body type,” she told People. “It’s part of my routine. It’s part of my ritual. It doesn’t just make me look better, but it makes me emotionally feel better.”

Killing it, Kelly!
