Savannah Guthrie showed fans that she’s certainly blessed with good genes! The Today co-anchor shared a sweet throwback photo of herself as a child with her mother, Nancy Guthrie in an upload for her 1 million Instagram followers.

After the broadcast journalist honored her mom for Mother’s Day with the wholesome post, fans began sharing sweet comments, with several users noting how much the television personality’s 8-year-old daughter, Vale, looks like she did as a child.

Guthrie’s mother, Nancy, as fans know, is a continual source of inspiration for the NBC star, and someone she is very close to. Guthrie told Jenna Bush Hager on-air earlier this month that her mother’s “confidence and faith was so meaningful” to her and “got me through some really hard times.”
